Frankreich wird Euch fortan ein Leuchtthurm des Heils sein gegen Eure Feinde, welche auch die Feinde der modemen Institutionen sind, gegen die Hyder des Fanatismus, die ihr Gift auf diejenigen ausspntzt, die sie noch nicht vergiftet hat, gegen die Schmähcr Eurer Nationalität, Eures Volkscharakters und Eures Cultus. Ihr seid Kraftnaturen, und wir beugen uns vor Euch.
