Wenn die höchsten Lebens- typen, die möglich sind, nicht zustande kommen, so ist das der größte Verlust für die Menschheit. Nicht die wahre oder erdich- tete Vergangenheit der Völker soll ihren weiteren Entwicklungs- gang beeinflussen, sondem ihre Leistungsfähigkeit für die Zukunft. Das daraus sich ergebende politische Ziel würde lauten: Erhaltung der Rassen-Individualitäten.
