As early as 1781, Privy Councilor Dolim claimed: The deplorable characteristics of the Jews, which were only the effects of constant oppression, would disappear with just treatment, though not until the third generation. This assumption was supported by the doctrine of the French naturalist Lamarck (d. 1829) on the inheritance of acquired characteristics. He explained: Through the environment, certain mental dispositions, abilities, and characteristics (good and bad) would be newly created in individual people, to then be passed on from generation to generation. Although the most prominent representatives of science have recognized "Lamarckism" as a false doctrine, the Jews cling to it. Strange, most strange! The most zealous representatives of the democratic idea of equality except themselves: All men are equal, the white and the black, the yellow and the red; but for their leadership, the Jewish people are "chosen" by God.
\¹) Today, the fifth generation has been living since the emancipation. Where is the change?
In the face of the foolish cry for the equality of all men, I have always pointed to the great difference. One can divide races, peoples, and men into culture creators, culture parasites, and culture destroyers. History is an eternal struggle between Europe and Asia, between the Western and Eastern spirit. It tells us of numerous migrations; but what is essential is the difference in the cause and goal of these migrations. There is a deep chasm between peasantry and nomadism, i.e., between the peasant treks of the Nordic-Germanic-German peoples who sought a permanent home to settle and, through hard work, to win yield from the soil, and the parasitic expansion of Mongolian and Near Eastern peoples who grazed on what others had sown, and partly established themselves as parasites over the working population, partly turned fertile land into desert.
I. The History of Judaism in the Ancient Civilized World
1. Main Content of Ancient History
Everything great and healthy is rooted in the national. All states have arisen on a national basis; every genuine culture is nationalistic. The entire multi-thousand-year history of the Ancient Civilized World tells us of the rise of the Egyptians, Babylonians, Persians, Greeks, and Romans as long as they remained on a national basis. But as soon as they became unfaithful to themselves, i.e., to their national character, the decline began.
Ancient History is divided into two major sections: the Near Eastern-Egyptian and the Greco-Roman.
- The history of the Near Eastern-Egyptian (the Oriental) culture is very instructive. It began with highly developed nation-states; it ended with stagnation, theocracy, denationalization, a universal world empire. Among the most foolish words is ex oriente lux: "light from the Orient," as if we had received our culture from the Orient. On the contrary! From the Orient come all the diseases from which we suffer; they have grown in the swampy soil of the Oriental chaos of peoples: imperialism and mammonism, the urbanization of peoples with the destruction of marriage and family life, rationalism and the mechanization of religion, the mummy-like priestly culture, and the delusional idea of a divine state encompassing all humanity.

Schon 1781 behauptete Geheimrat Dolim: Die beklagenswerten Eigenschaften der Juden, die nur die Wirkungen der beständigen Bedrückung ſeien, würden bei einer gerechten Behandlung verschwinden, freilich erst in der dntten Generation. Dieſe Annahme wurde unterstützt durch die Lehre des franzöſischen Naturforschers Lamarck (gest. 1829) von der Vererbung erworbener Eigenschaften. Er erklärte: Durch die Umwelt würden in einzelnen Menschen bestimmte geistige Anlagen, Fähigkeiten, Eigenschaften (gute und schlechte) neu geschaffen, um dann von Geschlecht zu Geschlecht weiter vererbt zu werden. Obwohl die bedeutendsten Vertreter der Wiſſenschaft den „Lamarckiſmus“ als eine Irrlehre erkannt haben, halten die Juden daran fest. Sonderbar, höchst ſonderbar! Die eifngsten Vertreter der demokratischen Gleichheitsidee nehmen ſich ſelbst aus: Alle Menschen ſind gleich, die weißen und schwarzen, die gelben und roten; aber zu ihrer Führung ist das jüdische Volk von Gott „auserwählt“. ¹) Heute lebt ſeit der Emanzipation die fünfte Generation. Wo bleibt der Wandel? Gegenüber dem tönchten Geschrei von der Gleichheit aller Menschen habe ich immer auf den großen Unterschied hingewieſen. Man kann die Raſſen, Völker und Menschen in Kulturschöpfer, Kulturschmarotzer und Kulturzerstörer einteilen. Die Geschichte ist ein ewiges Ringen zwischen Europa und Aſien, zwischen abend- und morgenländischem Geist. Sie erzählt uns von zahlreichen Wanderungen; aber weſentlich ist die Verschiedenheit von Urſache und Ziel dieſer Wanderungen. Es besteht eine tiefe Kluft zwischen Bauemtum und Nomadentum, d.h. zwischen den Bauemtrecks der nordischgermanisch-deutschen Völker, die eine feste Heimstätte ſuchten, um ſich anzuſiedeln und durch harte Arbeit dem Boden Ertrag abzugewinnen, und der wuchemden (paraſitären) Ausbreitung mongolischer und vorderaſiatischer Völker, die abgrasten, was andere geſät hatten, und teils ſich als Schmarotzer über die arbeitende Bevölkerung legten, teils fruchtbares Land in Wüste verwandelten. I. Die Geschichte des Judentums in der alten Kulturwelt 1. Hauptinhalt der Alten Geschichte Alles Große und Geſunde wurzelt im Nationalen. Auf nationaler Grundlage ſind alle Staaten entstanden; nationalistisch jede echte Kultur. Die ganze mehrtauſendjähnge Geschichte der Alten Kulturwelt erzählt uns von einem Aufstieg der Ägypter, Babylonier, Perſer, Gnechen und Römer, ſolange ſie auf der nationalen Grundlage blieben. Sobald ſie aber ſich ſelbst, d.h. ihrem Volkstum untreu wurden, begann der Niedergang. Die Alte Geschichte zerfällt in zwei große Abschnitte: die vorderaſiatisch-ägyptische und die gnechisch-römische. 1. Die Geschichte der vorderaſiatisch-ägyptischen (der onentalischen) Kultur ist ſehr lehrreich. Sie begann mit hochentwickelten Nationalstaaten; ſie endete mit Erstarung, Theokratie, Entnationaliſierung, univerſalem Weltreich. Zu den tönchtsten Worten gehört ex onente lux: „aus dem Onent das Licht“, als wenn wir vom Onent unſere Kultur erhalten hätten. Im Gegenteil! Aus dem Onent stammen alle Krankheiten, an denen wir leiden; im Sumpfboden des onentalischen Völkerchaos ſind ſie gewachſen: der Impenalismus und Mammonismus, die Verstädterung der Völker mit der Zerstörung des Ehe- und Familienlebens, der Rationalismus und die Mechaniſierung der Religion, die mumienhafte Pnesterkultur und der Wahngedanke eines die Menschheit umfaſſenden Gottesstaates. - 26 -
