The power of the Jewish press is further significantly increased by the fact that the largest part of the small provincial papers blindly reprints from those large Jewish papers and thereby unconsciously acts with Jewish intent, helping to promote special Jewish interests.
— The "Berliner Tageblatt" has made the ingenious arrangement of making itself available to all provincial papers free of charge, i.e., it is sent to them for free with the permission to reprint from it as they please. In return, it is only requested that these papers print a recommendation for the dear "Berl. Tagbl." free of charge at the end of the quarter.
In this way, Jewry makes these papers — at no cost — subservient to it, and those thus ensnared then also advertise for Jewish press domination.
— In short: The largest part of the public papers serves Jewish purposes, secretly belongs to Jews, or belongs openly to Jews. Mosse, as the master of the advertising market, has it in his hands to favor or harm papers.
So where newspapers are not in Jewish possession, they are often enough dependent on Mosse's favor and must be tame.
Abroad it is no better. In France, England, Italy, and North America, too, the Jews command public opinion.

304 Die Macht der Juden-Presse wird noch wesentlich erhöht durch den Umstand, daß der größte Theil der kleinen Provinzial-Blätter aus jenen großen Juden- Blättem blindlings abdruckt und dadurch unbewußt in jüdischer Absicht wirkt, die jüdischen Sonder-Interessen fördem hilft. — Das „Berliner Tageblatt“ hat die sinnreiche Einnchtung getroffen, daß es allen Provinzial-Blättem sich unentgeltlich zu Verfügung stellt, d. h. es wird denselben gratis zugesandt mit der Erlaubniß, nach Belieben daraus abzudrucken. Als Gegen- leistung wird nur verlangt, daß diese Blätter bei Viertel- jahrs-Schluß unentgeltlich eine Empfehlung des lieben „Berl. Tagbl.“ bnngen. So macht sich das Judenthum auch diese Blätter — ohne Kosten — dienstbar, und die so Eingefangenen machen dann auch noch Reklame für die jüdische Preß-Herrschaft. — Kurz: Der größte Theil der öffentlichen Blätter dient jüdischen Zwecken, ist Juden insgeheim gehöng oder gehört offen Juden. Mosse hat als Beherrscher des An- zeigen-Marktes es in der Hand, Blätter zu begünstigen oder zu schädigen. Wo also Zeitungen nicht in jüdischem Besitz sind, da sind sie doch oft genug auf Mosse’s Gunst angewiesen und müssen zahm sein. Auch im Auslande ist es nicht besser. Auch in Frankreich, England, Italien und Nord-Amenka kom- mandiren die Juden die öffentliche Meinung.
