To defraud an Akum is permitted, but in such a way that he does not become aware of it, so that Judaism does not come into disrepute. (348, 2; Haga.)
State law is the name for the law through which the king and the other citizens benefit. One should therefore not abide by the laws of the Akum, because otherwise all the laws of the Jews would be superfluous. (369, 11; Haga.)
If an Akum buys something from Reuben and Simon tells the Akum the merchandise is not worth that much, then Simon must pay Reuben for the merchandise. (386, 3; Haga.)

Einen Akum zu betrügen ist erlaubt, jedoch ſo, daß er es nicht gewahr wird, damit das Judenthum nicht in schlechten Ruf komme. (348, 2; Haga.) Staatsgeſetz nennt man das Geſetz, durch welches der König und die übngen Staatsbürger Nußen haben. Nach den Geseßen der Akum ſoll man ſich deßhalb nicht nchten, weil ſonst alle Geseße der Juden überflüſſig wären. (369, 11; Haga.) Wenn ein Akum etwas von Ruben kauft und Simon ſagt dem Akum, die Waare ſei nicht ſoviel werth, ſo muß Simon dem Ruben die Waare bezahlen. (386, 3; Haga.) Wenn ein Jude dem König Abgaben unterschlug und ein anderer Jude verneth es, ſo ist der Denunciant verpflichtet, den Schaden zu erstatten. (388, 2.) Wenn ein Jude andere Juden denuncirt hat oder denunciren will, ſo ist er dem Tode verfallen und wer ihn umbnngt, hat ein Verdienst. (388, 10.)
