A child of Noah (by which a Goi is understood) is killed, even if he has stolen less than a penny's worth (Tractate Jevam, f. 47, 2.) For the children of Noah, stealing is forbidden, and they are warned against it in no other way than by being killed. (Tractate Avoda zara f. 71, 2.)
The taking of usury by a Jew from another Jew is forbidden. For it is written: You shall not practice usury on your brother. (R. Abraham Seba, Zer. ham, f. 145, 3.)
One borrows from a Cuthite (non-Jew) and lends to them with usury, as is said: On your brother you shall not practice usury, on your brother it is forbidden, but on the other people of the world it is permitted. (Jad. chas. f. 172, 1.)

- 193 - Geld oder Gut sticht, der muß 70 mal fasten u. ſ. w. Es ist deutlich, daß es bei einem Nicht-Iſraeliten erlaubt ist. — Ein Kind Noahs (worunter ein Goi verstanden ist) wird getötet, wenn er auch weniger als eines Pfennigs Werth gestoblen hat (Tr. Jevam, f. 47, 2.) den Kindem Noahs ist das Stehlen verboten, und werden ſie nicht anders davor gewamt, als wenn man ſie umbnngt. (Tr. Avoda zara f. 71, 2.) Das Wuchemehmmen eines Juden von einem andem Juden ist verboten. Denn es steht geschneben: Du ſollst nicht an deinem Bruder wuchem. (R. Abraham Seba, Zer. ham, f. 145, 3.) Man entlehnt von einem Cutheer (Nichtjuden) und leiht ihnen auf Wucher, wie geſagt wird: An deinem Bruder ſollst du nicht wuchem, an deinem Bruder ist es verboten, aber an den übngen Leuten der Welt ist es erlaubt. (Jad. chas. f. 172, 1.) Das Gesez hat nur verboten, einem Iſraeliten auf Wucher Geld zu geben, aber an einem Fremden ist es erlaubt. (R. David Kimchi zu Pſal. 15 v. 5.) Hierzu bemerkt Rabbi Levi ben Perſon: Dieſe Worte ſind ein befehlendes Gebot: An dem Fremden ſollst du wuchem. Weil derſelbe Abgötterei treibt, ſo befiehlt uns das Gesez, ihm auf Wucher zu leihen, wenn er von uns entlehnen will, auf daß wir ihm allen möglichen Schaden verurſachen, und damit thun wir kein Unrecht.
