What brother could not obtain from brother, what man could not obtain from man, the people will achieve from the people, the nation from the nation. — It can be a matter of indifference to no people whether in the last European war of liberation it will have a people as a friend, or as an enemy.
The voices which are heard today from all regions of the world for the national rebirth of Israel find their justification first in the Jewish cult, in the national essence of Judaism; then in the general developmental history of humanity and its result: in the present world situation.
