The third history of revelation, the present world-age of the social sphere of life, corresponds to the epoch of the perfected organisms in the organic sphere of life, as well as to the world-age of the fully formed planetary systems in the cosmic one.
This age of maturity, which here, in the cosmic sphere, begins with the age of the moons or double stars and concludes with that of the planets, and which on the other hand, in the organic sphere of life, extends from the prehistoric to the historic human races, and here reaches its completion: it develops today in social life its final race and class struggle, in order to arrive at the reconciliation of all opposites, to an equilibrium between production and consumption, and to a perfected cycle of life, which everywhere characterizes the age of manhood.
You will find the worldview, which I sketch for you here, esteemed friend, only in broad, general strokes, in all of my works; I have had no other since my first appearance as a writer; it is the soul of my entire endeavor; its specific execution is my life's task, and I hope to be able to develop it further at a more opportune time. — The narrow confines of a letter are not suited to delve deeper into such a comprehensive subject. Also, at this moment, I am too preoccupied by the fate of my people to address a question that, although most closely connected with the Jewish question, also awaits its solution only after the solution of the latter.

Die dntte Offenbarungsgeschichte, das gegenwärtige Weltalter der ſozialen Lebenssphäre, entspncht der Epoche der vollendeten Organismen in der organischen Lebenssphäre, ſo wie dem Weltalter der ausgebildeten Planetenſysteme in der koſmischen. Dieſes Zeitalter der Reiſe, welches hier, in der koſmischen Sphäre, mit dem Weltalter der Monden oder Doppelsteme beginnt und mit jenem der Planeten zum Abschluß gelangt, und welches andererſeits, in der organischen Lebenssphäre, von den vorgeschichtlichen bis zu den geschichtlichen Menschenracen reicht, und hier zu ſeiner Vollendung kommt: es entwickelt heute im ſozialen Leben ſeinen letzten Racen- und Klaſſenkampf, um zur Verſöhnung aller Gegenſätze, zum Gleichgewicht zwischen Produktion und Conſumtion, und zu einem vollendeten Kreislaufe des Lebens zu gelangen, der überall das Mannesalter charaktenſirt. Sie finden die Weltanschauung, die ich Ihnen, verehrte Freundin, hier nur in großen, allgemeinen Zügen zeichne, in allen meinen Arbeiten wieder; ich habe ſeit meinem ersten Auftreten als Schnftsteller keine andre gehabt; ſie ist die Seele meines ganzen Strebens; ihre spezielle Ausführung ist meine Lebensaufgabe, und ich werde ſie zu gelegenerer Zeit hoffentlich noch weiter entwickeln können. — Der enge Rahmen eines Bnefes ist nicht geeignet, auf einen ſo umfaſſenden Gegenstand näher einzugehen. Auch bin ich in dieſem Augenblicke zu ſehr von dem Schickſal meines Volkes in Anspruch genommen, um eine Frage zu behandeln, die zwar aufs Engste mit der Judenfrage zuſammen hängt, aber erst nach der Löſung dieſer Letztem auch ihre Löſung erwartet. ---
