Per 100,000 criminally responsible persons in Germany, the number of defrauders were as follows: Catholics Protestants Jews 1882-1891 47 42 90 1891-1900 68 57 113 1915-1916 24 19 38 and in Austria: 1901-1913 11.5 14.4 29.3 Although Jews in Germany before the war made up only 1% of the population, they nevertheless accounted for approximately the following percentages in the years 1915/16 for the following offenses: animal disease offenses 7.5%, bankruptcy offenses 8.5%, bankruptcy (fraudulent) 11.6%, bankruptcy (in general) 17.4%, usury 23.0%. Measured against the non-Jewish groups, the Jew therefore commits: fraud approximately 2 times as often, animal disease offenses approximately 7 times, bankruptcy offenses approximately 9 times, bankruptcy (fraudulent) approximately 12 times, bankruptcy (in general) approximately 20 times, usury approximately 28 times as often. In Austria, too, Jews commit twice as many embezzlements as non-Jews. They commit animal disease offenses 3 times, bankruptcy offenses even 10 times as often. The systematically spread false opinion about the "decency" of Jews as employers is refuted by the fact that Jews are punished 6 times more often for violations of the regulations concerning Sunday rest and shop closing hours, 10 times more often for violations of the regulations on the employment of female workers and young workers or children. Unfortunately, all statistics are silent on the number of moral offenses and crimes committed by Jews against their female employees. As the Italian Jew Cesare Lombroso had already recognized in his work "The Criminal in an Anthropological, Medical and Juristic Respect," Hamburg 1887, much to the regret of the Jews, racial composition plays the most important role. Per 100,000 criminally responsible inhabitants in the following areas, there are the following criminal cases: In the years 1882-1891 Hanover-Oldenburg 711, Rhine Provinces 746, Württemberg and Baden 811, Pomerania, Schleswig-Holstein and Mecklenburg 822, Bavaria without Palatinate 1170, East and West Prussia 1570. In the year 1901 Upper Bavaria 1707, Palatinate 1707, Bromberg 1831, Oppeln 2071. The picture shifts significantly when broken down into individual offenses. The high criminality of the Palatinate, for example, is caused only by the high incidence of aggravated assault (approximately 650 cases). In contrast, in the northwest of Germany, there is a strikingly low number of convictions for aggravated assault and fraud. According to this, the Nordic race obviously shows the lower criminality. On the other hand, the significantly higher criminality of Negroes compared to the Aryan races sheds a spotlight on the racial kinship of Jewry with blacks.

Auf 100.000 strafmündige Betrüger entfielen in Deutschland: Katholiken Protestanten Juden 1882-1891 47 42 90 1891-1900 68 57 113 1915-1916 24 19 38 und in Österreich: 1901-1913 11,5 14,4 29,3 Obwohl die Juden in Deutschland vor dem Knege, nur 1 % der Bevölkerung ausmachten, bestntten ſie dennoch in den Jahren 1915/16 ungefähr folgende Hundertſätze bei den nachfolgenden Straftaten: Tierſeuchenvergehen 7,5 %, Konkursvergehen 8,5 %, Bankrott (betrügensch) 11,6 %, Bankrott (überhaupt) 17,4 %, Wucher 23,0 %. Gemeſſen an den nichtjüdischen Gruppen begeht der Jude daher: Betrug ungefähr 2mal ſo oft, Tierſeuchenvergehen ungefähr 7mal, Konkursvergehen ungefähr 9mal, Bankrott (betrügensch) ungefähr 12mal, Bankrott (überhaupt) ungefähr 20mal, Wucher ungefähr 28mal ſo oft. Auch in Österreich begehen die Juden doppelt ſo viele Veruntreuungen als die Nichtjuden. Tierſeuchenvergehen begehen ſie 3mal, Konkursvergehen ſogar 10mal ſo oft. Die ſystematisch verbreitete falsche Meinung über die „Anständigkeit“ der Juden als Arbeitgeber wird durch die Tatſache widerlegt, daß Juden 6mal häufiger wegen Zuwiderhandlungen gegen die Bestimmungen betreffend die Sonntagsruhe und den Ladenschluß, 10mal häufiger wegen Zuwiderhandlungen gegen die Vorschnften über Beschäftigung von Arbeitennnen und jugendlichen Arbeitem oder Kindem bestraft worden ſind. Leider schweigt jede Statistik über die Anzahl der von Juden an ihren weiblichen Angestellten verübten ſittlichen Vergehen und Verbrechen. Die raſſische Zuſammenſetzung spielt, wie bekanntlich schon der italienische Jude Ceſare Lombroſo in ſeiner Arbeit „Der Verbrecher in anthropologischer, ärztlicher und junstischer Beziehung“, Hamburg 1887, zum großen Leidweſen der Juden erkannt hatte, die wichtigste Rolle. Auf 100.000 strafmündige Einwohner kommen in den nachfolgenden Gebieten folgende Straffälle: In den Jahren 1882-1891 Hannover-Oldenburg 711, Rheinprovinzen 746, Württemberg und Baden 811, Pommem, Schleswig-Holstein und Mecklenburg 822, Bayem ohne Pfalz 1170, Ost- und Westpreußen 1570. Im Jahre 1901 Oberbayem 1707, Pfalz 1707, Bromberg 1831, Oppeln 2071. Das Bild verschiebt ſich weſentlich bei Zergliederung in die einzelnen Straftaten. Die hohe Straffälligkeit der Pfalz ist z. B. nur durch das starke Auftreten der gefährlichen Körperverletzungen (ungefähr 650 Fälle) bewirkt. Im Gegenſatz hierzu steht im Nordwesten Deutschlands die auffallend gennge Anzahl von Verurteilungen wegen gefährlicher Körperverletzung und Betrug. Hiemach zeigt die nordische Raſſe offenſichtlich die genngere Straffälligkeit. Andererſeits wirft die bedeutend höhere Straffälligkeit der Neger gegenüber den anschen Raſſen ein Schlaglicht auf die raſſische Verwandtschaft des Judentums mit den Schwarzen. - 252 -
