Yes, through Jewry Germany will become a world power, an occidental New Palestine. Not through violent revolutions, but through the voice of the people themselves, as soon as German society has reached the highest degree of its social bankruptcy, the highest degree of helplessness, toward which we are drifting. — 31 — Ja, durch das **Judenthum** wird Deutschland zur Welt- macht werden, zu einem abendländischen Neu-Palästina. Nicht durch gewaltsame Revolutionen, sondem durch die Stimme des Volkes selber, sobald die deutsche Gesellschaft den höchsten Grad ihres socialen Bankerotts erreicht haben wird, den höchsten Grad der Rathlosigkeit, dem wir ent- gegentreiben. Kein Vorwurf deßhalb dem Judenthum. Es hat 1800 Jahre lang mit der abendländischen Welt gekämpft. Es hat diese Welt besiegt, sich unterthan gemacht. Wir sind die Besiegten und es ist ganz in der Ordnung, daß der Sieger «**Vae Victis!**» ruft. Unser germanisches Element hat sich der Fremdherr- schaft gegenüber als leistungsunfähig, als kulturgeschicht- lich machtlos erwiesen. Dies ist eine Thatsache, eine rauhe, unerbittliche Thatsache. Staat, Kirche, Ka- tholizismus, Protestantismus, Credo und Dogma müssen sich dem jüdischen Areopag beugen in der Tages- presse. Aber das ist noch lange nicht Alles.
