Therefore, if there is in the world a people divided from its land, it is forbidden for them even to dream of a national home. The dream itself is "immoral"; a people devoid of a homeland must forever remain without a homeland. The world is already divided and settled; thus demands "morality".
Especially with the establishment of our colonization; this seems like an interesting kind of "morality." There are 15 or 16 million Jews in the world; half of them live the life of a persecuted dog. And there are 38 million Arabs; they occupy: Morocco, Algeria, Tunis, Tripoli, Cyrenaica, Egypt, Syria, Mesopotamia, and the Arabian Peninsula - an area, not counting the deserts, as large as half of Europe. On average, no more than 16 Arabs live on each square kilometer of that territory. For comparison, it is worth mentioning that in California, there are 352 people per sq. km., and in England, 669. In this vast territory, according to the Arabs' own count, the Land of Israel constitutes one 170th of it. However, when a landless Jewish people demands the Land of Israel for itself, then that is "immoral," since the natives find it inconvenient for themselves.
Among cannibals there is a place for such morality, but not among civilized people. The land is not only good for those who have too much of it; it is first and foremost a blessing for those who have nothing. To take a part of the land from the wealthy landowner in order to give bread to a hungry people is an act of justice, and if he does not agree to it, he must be "forced." It is an ancient truth that must be realized with self-sacrifice; even if it does not suffice for all, it remains an ancient truth. When the Arabs understand that this is the only possible stance regarding their opposition, and regarding an agreement on this matter, then some of them will be ready for an agreement.
