Righteousness; Another Ethic

With all sorts of clever slogans against Zionism: democracy—the right of the majority. And the Arabs constitute a majority in the Land of Israel, they have the right to self-determination. The right to immigration? On the contrary: I know that the Land of Israel will be an Arab state,—democracy and business-like immigration are sacred principles. But precisely in the small details, just as no commander can surrender to everything—to disgrace and to impure and ugly deeds—the principle of self-determination is not included in this. It is doubtful that their claim to a piece of land must be stormed forever, and this, which arises from will as if by coercion, says nothing. Period.

Self-determination from a public/rabbinic perspective—a revision in the division of the land among the peoples, for the existing ones who have too much, a minor change of place, and for those who have little or none at all. So that there will be room for all, they shall thus register the right to self-determination. And after all the cultured peoples have recognized that the Jews have the right to return to the Land of Israel. J.A. Sabaron-Frings-Wiener: these Jews are also "citizens" and "residents" of the Land of Israel, but they are estranged, and their fate must be determined at a fixed time,—thus it is forbidden today to neuter, that for the time being, the rule is in the hands of the existing population. The "historical" democracy of the Land of Israel is composed of two groups of peoples: the existing and the immigrants, and the second group is the large one.

How many times have I already stormed, if in the righteousness of the leadership, against one who seeks to clothe a man in sanctity, who would tear [his clothes] with pleasure if he only heard the word democracy, would tear it out from its root. A moment at the outbreak of conflict, in the region of the royal house, he suffered his stunting. And once, dignitaries came to him at night, and one of them urged him to play the protocol... and he acts as if a Jew would refuse any artist, in a silent concluding chapter, which is "democratization," without asking if there is no baseness, and if the name of the display is not of blood, and also if our defenders are not composed of the very essence of Jews.
