G. The Seven Commandments of the Betar Vow

A. I dedicate my life to the revival of the Hebrew state, with a Hebrew majority on both banks of the Jordan, east and west.

B. For the benefit of this burgeoning structure, I will subordinate my own benefit, the benefit of my house, and the benefit of my status.

C. The Hebrew language shall be my language and the language of my children, whether in the Land [of Israel] or in the Diaspora.

D. I will prepare my arm for the defense of my people and the security of my homeland.

E. I will strive for splendor in all my conduct, in every idiom of my language, in all my deeds, for I am a son of a king.

F. To the call of the Betar mobilization, whether for command or for labor, whether for Zionist Aliyah or for redemption in the Diaspora, whether from near or from far — I will come.

G. I will obey the laws of Betar and the commands of my commanders as a person heeds the voice of his conscience! For the law of Betar is an echo of my soul's desire, and my commanders are my emissaries.

H. And this vow, with its seven commandments, upon each one of which my thoughts and decisions are bound, I hereby swear out of a recognition of my responsibility.
