For bankruptcy crimes and misdemeanors: Catholics: 0.35, Protestants: 0.6, Jews: 4.2 For animal disease offenses: Catholics: 5.2, Protestants: 3.3, Jews: 30. For violations concerning Sunday rest and shop closing hours: Catholics: 6.4, Protestants: 9, Jews: 46. For violations of regulations on young workers, female workers and children: Catholics: 1.4, Protestants: 2.9, Jews: 21. For crimes and misdemeanors against property: Catholics: 355, Protestants: 292, Jews: 209. For a summary recording of crimes and misdemeanors in general: Catholics: 816, Protestants: 601, Jews: 632.
Potsch's idea of seeing certain regions (provinces) of Germany as Nordic-racial, and others not, is not wrong, but given the strong racial mixing — especially in the cities — it cannot be described as strictly scientific. But unfortunately it is also clear that with the available material there was no other possibility than to work with such simple means. The findings would in any case only be further confirmed by the refinement of the methodology, for which the extremely low criminality in the more purely Nordic parts of Scandinavia may serve as proof.
In summary, it can be said that with Potsch's work an important beginning has been made for statistical findings of vital importance. It will be the task of the folkishly determined state of the future to provide the necessary tools for this much better than the Lamarckian-Marxist-minded statisticians of the recent past have seen fit to do.

Bei Konkursverbrechen und Vergehen: Katholiken: 0,35, Protestanten: 0,6, Juden: 4,2 Bei Tierſeuchenvergehen: Katholiken: 5,2, Protestanten: 3,3, Juden: 30. Bei den Zuwiderhandlungen betreffs Sonntagsruhe und Ladenschluß: Katholiken: 6,4, Protestanten: 9, Juden: 46, Bei den Zuwiderhandlungen gegen Bestimmungen über jugendliche Arbeiter, Arbeitennnen und Kinder: Katholiken: 1,4, Protestanten: 2,9, Juden: 21. Bei Verbrechen und Vergehen gegen das Vermögen: Katholiken: 355, Protestanten: 292, Juden: 209. Bei ſummanscher Erfaſſung der Verbrechen und Vergehen überhaupt: Katholiken: 816, Protestanten: 601, Juden: 632. Der Gedanke Potschs, gewiſſe Gegenden (Provinzen) Deutschlands als nordraſſig ſehen, andere nicht, ist zwar nicht falsch, kann aber bei der starken raſſischen Durchmischung – beſonders in den Städten – nicht als streng wiſſenschaftlich bezeichnet werden. Aber leider ist es auch klar, daß bei dem vorhandenen Matenal gar keine andere Möglichkeit blieb als mit ſo einfachen Mitteln zu arbeiten. Die Findungen würden jedenfalls durch die Verfeinerung der Methodik nur noch mehr bestätigt werden, wofür als Beweis die äußerst gennge Straffälligkeit nordisch reinerer Gebietsteile Skandinaviens dienen möge. Zuſammenfaſſend kann geſagt werden, daß mit der Arbeit Potschs ein wichtiger Anfang zu statistischen Feststellungen von lebenswichtigster Bedeutung gegeben worden ist. Es wird Aufgabe des völkisch bestimmten Staats der Zukunft ſein, das hiefür nötige Rüstzeug viel beſſer bereitzustellen als die lamarkistisch-marxistisch eingestellten Statistiker der jüngsten Vergangenheit für nchtig zu halten beliebt haben.
