You may charge interest to the foreigner, but not to your brother, that Yahweh may bless you in all that you undertake in the land where you are going to take possession of it. Deuteronomy 23:20.
You shall, however, set one from among your brothers as king over you; you cannot recognize a foreigner, who is not of your tribe, as king. Deuteronomy 17:15.
Whoever strikes his male or female servant with a rod, so that they die under his hands, shall be punished for it (with a fine). But if they remain alive for a few days, he shall not be punished for it, for they are his property. Exodus 21:20—11.
Financial Subjugation of the Peoples.
Yahweh will give you profit, as he has promised you. So you will lend to many nations, but you will need to borrow from no one. Deuteronomy 15:6.
But when Israel grew strong, it made the Canaanites subject to tribute (!) and did not drive them out. . . . And the inhabitants of Kitron and Nahalol . . . . and of Beth Shemesh and Beth Anath became subject to tribute. . . . And the Ammonites dwelt in mount Heres and the hand of the house of Joseph rested heavily upon them, for they had all become subject to tribute. Judges 1:28—35.

Des Handels der Egypter und des Gewerbes der Mohren und der langen Leute zu Seba wirst du dich bemächtigen; sie werden dir gehören, von dir in Fesseln geschlagen, und auf den Knieen vor dir flehen. . . .
