and practical point of view in the education of the youth, training of indigent, outstandingly capable students at state expense; elimination of the Jewish element from German schools; expert school supervision; a uniform Imperial School Law, especially with regard to the salary conditions of teachers at all educational institutions (by establishing starting salaries and gradual advancement).
6. Civil Service: Regulation or rather improvement
of the employment and salary conditions; greater freedom of movement for civil servant associations; further extension of Sunday rest for all employees of public transport institutions.
7. Administration of Justice: Creation of a civil code
rooted in German legal concepts; reduction of lawyer and court costs, elimination of compulsory representation by a lawyer, protection of the person against insult in court by the opposing lawyers, reintroduction of the appeal in criminal cases, compensation for the unjustly convicted, abolition of compulsory vaccination.
8. Army: A strong military force for the preservation
of peace externally and internally.
9. Monetary Reform: Abolition of the minting,
coinage, and banknote privileges for private individuals; nationalization of the "Reichsbank" joint-stock company;
