During this time, the following were charged in the Prussian courts:
For willful perjury and incitement thereto: 6430 defendants; according to the population figures, there should have been 85 Jews among them, but there were 219 Jews! — consequently, proportionally 2½ times more Jews than Germans!
For forgery of documents: 6378 defendants. According to the population percentage, there should have been: 82 Jews; but there were 289 Jews; — consequently, proportionally 3½ times more Jews than Germans.
For fraudulent bankruptcy: 1129 defendants. According to the population figures, there should have been 15 Jews among them, but there were 268 Jews! — consequently, proportionally 18 times more Jews than Germans!
In the year 1875, among 104 bankrupts there were even 36 Jews, thus ¹/₃ of all defendants. In this famous year of the "Gründerzeit" swindle, the Jews thus brought about 25 times more fraudulent bankruptcies, proportionally, than the native German population. One can see, therefore, that fraudulent bankruptcy is a very special domain of Judah.

Meineids und Verleitung dazu: 6430 Angeklagte; es hätten nach der Bevölkerungs-Ziffer darunter sein dürfen 85 Juden, es waren aber darunter 219 Juden! — folglich im Verhältniß 2½ mal mehr Juden als Deutsche! Wegen Urkunden-Fälschung: 6378 Angeklagte. Es hätten nach dem Bevölkerungs-Prozentsatz darunter sein dürfen: 82 Juden; es waren aber darunter 289 Juden; — folglich im Verhältniß 3½ mal mehr Juden als Deutsche. Wegen betrügenschen Bankrotts: 1129 Angeklagte. Es hätten nach der Bevölkerungs-Ziffer darunter sein dürfen 15 Juden, es waren aber darunter 268 Juden! — folglich im Verhältniß 18 mal mehr Juden als Deutsche! Im Jahre 1875 waren unter 104 Bankrotteuren sogar 36 Juden, also ¹/₃ aller Angeklagten. In diesem berühmten Gründungs-Schwindel-Jahre brachten die Juden also 25 mal mehr betrügensche Bankrotte zu Wege, als im Verhältniß die eingeborene deutsche Bevölkerung. Man ersieht also, daß der betrügensche Bankrott eine ganz spezielle Domäne Juda’s ist. Außerdem bedenke man, daß von 20 jüdischen Bankrotten überhaupt erst einer zu einer Anklage führt, da in den
